48-Hour Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, you must inspect your order and report any issue within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn / unused, in the same condition as received
  • All tags must be attached and the item returned in its original packaging
  • Photo or video proof of the damage/defect, and your receipt or proof of purchase, are required

Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. The return address will be provided once your return request is approved (terms and conditions apply).

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and proceed with a return, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges

Start by requesting a return with us. Once your return is accepted, the fastest way to get the item you want is to place a separate new order via WhatsApp or our website.

Refunds
  • We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-15 business days.
  • Banks and card issuers may take some additional time to reflect the refund in your account or statement.
