We ship across India using India Post Parcel and DTDC as our primary courier partners. EMS Speed Post is used only for urgent or secure dispatches, on request. Delivery estimates below are indicative and may vary due to domestic holidays, regional disruptions, or courier operational conditions.

Timings exclude public holidays and are subject to courier operational conditions. We currently ship within India only.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the item(s) ordered, and are displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

Order Dispatch and Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share tracking details (where available from the courier) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Once we hand a product to our shipping partner, risk of loss for that product passes to you; if a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can assist you with the courier.

Delays

All delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, regional disruptions, or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimate above, please reach out and we’ll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
